About Business Hours

With business hours, you can define the regular hours of your business, extended hours, and blackout exceptions. You can then configure your flow to check whether your business is open or closed.

Business hours includes features like the following:

  • Versioning: Published versions, drafts, and the ability to copy versions to different Business Hours on the tenant
  • Sharing: The option to share Business Hours with child tenants.
  • Advanced rules for Recurring Regular Hours and Blackout Exception rules, One-Time Extended Hours and Blackout Exception rules, and partial day with multiple time intervals (for example, 8am-11am and 1pm-5pm). Hours and exceptions can have overlapping dates and times.
  • Flexible Check Business Hours notation options
 

To create or update business hours, you must have the default Administrator role or a custom role with the MANAGE_ALL_BUSINESS_HOURS permission.

To view business hours, you must have the default Supervisor or Agent role or a custom role with the VIEW_ALL_BUSINESS_HOURS permission.
